So, you're probably here because you've noticed IE7 doesn't handle inline blocks right? I read once that IE 7 was the life of the party, and just didn't do what it was supposed to, and was unruly as heck. Welp, they're right, and this is proof if I ever saw it. The long version is explained in a link below, but here's the trick to get "inline_block" to work in IE7.
For your css proprties, add:
zoom:1;
display:inline;
...and you're done. There's a trick for IE6, but I refuse to support IE6 for anything less than an astronomical price, and you should too! If you really need it, ready the link below.
